Fitness is a state of well being( physically , mentally and socially ). Actually fitness is a state in which an individual is totally fit. In this modern world everyone is at the stage in everyone wants to earn and live a luxury life but no one focus on heath. Now we are at the stage in which we are earning a lot but when it comes to the point of health no ones bothers. But why I did 'nt understand ??????
Most of us complain that we are gaining weight, our body is becoming lazy, and we practice yoga and various exercises but their is no improvment in our health. Yoga is the one of the important and necessary factor of fitness . It is seen that yoga is not only practice in India . But all over the world it is practice and people do it by enjoying. In India its from a long time . Generally yoga day is celebrated on 21 JUNE in India.
Our present prime minister Narendra Modi , practice yoga in his busy schedule also and advise all Indians to mention yoga in the regular schedule .

2.WALKING: 🚶🚶🚶🚶🚶 Walking is the next step towards fitness. I'm many of the modern cities it has become a trend to go for a morning as well as evening walk. Walking increases the intake of oxygen inside the body which is actually very necessary for a fit body. So it is Preferable to go for a walk daily at-least once. Morning walk is more beneficial for the body because at that time their is free oxygen and the disturbance factors are very less. And after dinner it is asked to go for a walk so that the food is easily digested(If the food is properly digested then the will we proper functioning of the immune system). And if the immune system is working properly the person remains healthy. So walking is must for every individual.
3.SWIMMING:Swimming is the aerobic exercise . It not only increases the strength but it also increases the freshness in the body. Swimming is preferred for all the people. Even small kids learn to swim by the trainers.
1.WEIGHT LIFTING: Weight lifting is an anaerobic exercise which is generally done at homes, in gyms and in gym parks. Gyms are generally the centers where all individuals are gathered to maintain their body by using various techniques like dumbbells, push-ups, pull-ups , yoga exercises many more.
